How To Request Deletion

To request deletion, contact us through our official support channels and provide enough information to verify ownership of the account, enquiry, or service request.

• Your full name and contact details used in the submission
• Relevant reference (e.g., repair request reference number if available)
• What data you want deleted (all data, specific messages, specific requests)

What We Delete

Once a valid request is received and verified, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal data within a reasonable period, including:

• Website form submissions (name, email, phone, organisation, message)
• Repair request submissions and associated contact data
• Customer communication metadata where applicable

What We May Retain

Some information may be retained when necessary to comply with tax, accounting, fraud prevention, warranty, dispute resolution, security, or other legal and business obligations. In such cases, the retained data will only be kept for the required purpose and duration.

Third-Party Platforms

If your request relates to WhatsApp, email services, or other third-party platforms, the deletion request applies to data stored under our control. Data processed by third parties may also be subject to their own retention and deletion policies.
